Canada Day? Kinda.

I really couldn't think of anything to do for a Canada Day mani. Well I could but I lack the skills to actually do it. And I tried. So, instead, I have for you a polish from a Canadian indie company. This is Essie (not Canadian) She's Picture Perfect with Pam's Girly Bits Hippity Hop. I wore it last month and only got one good(ish) picture of it.

Not great quality.

She's Picture Perfect was really easy to apply and has a really pretty shimmer (which you can't see in this picture). Hippity Hop was a little bit harder to apply but I got there in the end. There's an absolute GORGEOUS shimmer to this that I definitely couldn't capture. You just have to see it to understand the beautifulness of it! Essie can now be purchased at Boots in the UK and in lots of stores in the states. Pam's Girly Bits are a little harder to buy since it's an indie seller. But like the page on Facebook for updates or keep an eye on her store. Happy O Canada Day!!! Especially to my favorite Canadian, Silver!!!

3 Week Long Haul Post.

I have another haul post. I was in Scotland for a week and I haven't felt up to doing a haul post until now. Here's some beautiful polish and a cosmetic bag.

This is a nail polish cosmetic bag!! I thought about this before I went to
Scotland and found some online. I've never seen anything like this before.
I think it works okay. I think it might be better if it had a solid bottom and sides.
The partitions in the middle are removable and are solid enough when they're in the bag
but they feel really flimsy when you're putting them in the bag and I felt like they were going to rip.

Nails Inc Park Lane, Primrose Hill, Pembroke Close and Endinburgh Gate.
Just noticed all the purple polishes start with P! How weird is that?

Dior Czarina Gold and Purple Mix.

Sonoma Nail Art Sonoma Sunset and 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea.

Kiko 397, 235, 300 and 298.

Top Shop Nails Razzmatazz and Ice Crush.

Glitter Gal Light As A Feather and Hits Dreamer

NailVenturous Robin Laid An Egg

The cosmetic bag was purchased at Roo Beauty and were pretty reasonably priced. They do ship internationally but it does cost a lot since they use a courier instead of Royal Mail.

I have been placing a lot of Nails Inc orders lately to help out numerous people on Facebook. They've gone crazy over it! Park Lane and Edingburgh Gate were purchased at QVC when the set was on sale a few weeks ago. I didn't like the other two the came in the set so I've put those aside the sell. Primrose Hill and Pembroke Close came from the Nails Inc site.

I got Dior Czarina Gold from Amazon but they have since sold out. I got Dior Purple Mix from Boots.

I got the Sonoma Nail Art polishes from my friend Ana. For more info on this brand, check out my blog post here.

Kiko is an Italian brand and can be parchased here in the UK. There are a few stores in London that sell them but I don't live near London.

I purchased the Top Shop polishes at my local Top Shop. I don't think they sell the polishes in the smaller stores but I've only ever been in Top Shop twice in the 9 years I've lived here. Don't take me on my word there. They can be purchased online here.

I purchased Glitter Gal and Hits from Llarowe.

My friend Sheila, from Pointless Cafe, sent me the NailVenturous because she loves me and she knows that I've been NEEDING it for ages and ages and kept missing it when the NailVenturous shop opened.

That might be way too much information ;)

Little Lazies can be purchased at her etsy shop (she ships internationally!!). The shop hasn't got much in stock at the moment but all these ones were purchased as randoms. Like Leah's Facebook page to get updates on new stock.

Check out Rhonni's blog at the Polish Ninja and her shop is Ninja Polish

20,000 Leagues Under The Sea

Today I have for you an amazing combination. I think the fact that I have had this on for 5 days and that these pictures were taken on the fifth day, shows you just how amazing it is. This is ManGlaze ILF and Sonoma Nail Art 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea.

Love the little Octopus!!

Little Momoo loves this polish as well!

ManGlaze polishes are all matte. I didn't get a picture of this beforehand but it's amazing. The formula is perfect and I had no problem at all with application. They can be purchased at Amazon and from ManGlaze's Facebook page. Sonoma Nail Art polishes are an indie brand and a little harder to get a hold of. Check out her Facebook page for updates for when her shop will be open and here is her blog. She also sells through a boutique in Sonoma County called Tallulah. You can call them and see if they'd be willing to ship to you. I know of a few ladies who have done this. Lil Momoo is from Little Lazies. They can be purchased at her etsy shop and here is her Facebook page.

Jubilee Weekend!

Since it's Jubilee weekend, we're having a British Themed weekend. Wear your favorite British brand polish. I'm not wearing my favorite British brand but I decided these were best for Jubilee weekend. This is Nails Inc Jubilee over Nails Inc Baker Street.

These can both be purchased at Nails Inc. Jubilee is a limited edition UK exclusive. Baker Street can be purchased at Sephora as well.
